Position Summary
ANSER is seeking a Data Management & Digital Transformation Specialist to provide advanced technical and operational support to JPEO-CBRND in managing, modernizing, and integrating enterprise data capabilities. In this key role you will focus on data management, analytics, and digital transformation efforts in support of Army acquisition programs and CBRN strategy, operations planning, and leadership decision-making.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Support digital transformation initiatives, including implementation and user adoption of data analytics and visualization tools
Provide technical support and assist with integrating data tools into existing organizational workflows
Develop and deliver training materials to support effective use of data analytics and visualization platforms
Manage data transformation efforts and support software development activities within a DoD environment
Assist in establishing and maintaining data management processes and digital tools across the Command
Manage and organize digital information for an Army acquisition organization
Serve as liaison between the Office of the Chief Engineer (OCE) and the Chief Data Office (CDO)
Facilitate communication, schedule meetings, and document outcomes related to data strategy alignment
Support alignment of organizational activities with enterprise data governance and strategy objectives
Utilize SharePoint, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft Lists to manage workflows and track tasks
Support operational improvements through enhanced data organization and process automation
Assist in facilitating the Technology Council, including agenda development and background research
Prepare talking points and briefing materials for senior leadership engagements
Document meeting outcomes and implement approved updates into OCE processes and JPEO-CBRND programs
Support CBRN strategy, operations planning, and leadership initiatives as required
Required Qualifications
Active Top Secret (TS) clearance
Masters degree in engineering, operations research, science, business, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in data management, operations research, software development, and/or artificial intelligence development
Experience managing data transformation and software development efforts within the Department of Defense
Extensive experience managing digital information within an Army acquisition organization
Demonstrated ability to create and implement digital processes and tools to manage enterprise-wide data
Extensive background within the Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP) enterprise
Experience supporting CBRN strategy development, operations planning, and leadership initiatives
Broad government and commercial DoD experience, including extensive experience with Army acquisition programs
Proficiency with Microsoft collaboration and workflow tools, including SharePoint, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft Lists

Full Time Salary Range for this position for this position:$100,000—$185,000 USD
