Job Purpose and Impact
The EIA Engineer will plan, support, and where applicable, execute engineering deliverables for Electric and Instrumental area on construction/refurbishing/maintenance projects of the plant. We seek a professional who will manage projects in EIA area and give support for his competence area to Build project Managers, applying engineering standards and procedures, providing advice on issues within the engineering field.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan, design and estimate time and cost, overseeing construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, systems and components.
- Analyse and develop solutions to engineering problems related to process equipment and systems or the causes of component failures.
- Design and improve processes, installing and testing instruments and equipment
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronic engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Fluent in Italian and English language
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in chemical/food/pharma industry on Engineering or Maintenance roles.
- Knowledge on main related European Standards (machine directive, LV, Atex, etc,)
