Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 / year
Sr. EHS Specialist
The Corporate EHS Specialist will support enterprise-wide Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives with a focus on compliance, risk reduction, and continuous improvement. This role will manage key safety programs, maintain EHS databases, and provide actionable insights through dashboards and KPIs. The position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and facilities.
How You Will Help:
- Serve as the primary EHS contact for Romeoville operations, including Sharp Valve Assembly and Distribution Center.
- Oversee transition activities from WardFlex to Romeoville.
- Manage PSS Link Qualify process for contractor safety compliance and onboarding.
- Administer Velocity EHS platform for incident tracking and compliance reporting.
- Maintain WC e-CARMA database for workers' compensation claims.
- Oversee EHS database management, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Develop and maintain live dashboards for real-time visibility of EHS metrics.
- Track and report KPIs, conduct GEMBA walks, and support AEMS initiatives.
- Coordinate EHS-related training programs using Brady360, ErgoFactor, and LMS platforms.
- Support ergonomic assessments and corrective actions.
What You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
- 3+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Proficiency in EHS software platforms (Velocity EHS, Brady360, LMS).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboard creation and KPI reporting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 USD annually*.
