1999 - printed display (with Lucent Technologies)


2000 - flexible display with plastic transistors


2001 - active matrix display


2002 - color active matrix display (with Philips and TOPPAN)


2004 - consumer application: Sony's ebook reader, LIBre


2006 - capacity meter display in a USB device by Lexar


2006 - display in a cellular phone by Motorola


2007 - 14.1-inch flexible color display (with L.G. Philips)


2007 - world's largest (40') active matrix EPD on glass (with Samsung)


2008 - magazine featuring E Ink in the cover (with Esquire)


2011 - 300 dpi EPD (with Epson)


2013 - first 3-pigment EPD for electronic shelf labels, Spectra



In 2009 E Ink Corporation was purchased by Prime View International (PVI), a leading small and medium sized TFT-LCD and electronic paper display (EPD) provider. PVI was subsequently renamed E Ink Holdings, Inc.
