Koch Mineral Services, LLC subsidiaries specialize in marketing and trading coal, petroleum coke, various carbon products, cement and related materials, fertilizer, sulfur, and pulp and paper financial derivatives, in addition to nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing and dry bulk ocean transportation and logistics. Its subsidiaries operate terminals and docks located along the U.S. Pacific Coast, Great Lakes and Gulf Coast, as well as northern Europe and South America. In addition to expanded nitrogen fertilizer production and storage capacity in North America, affiliates also have interests in Trinidad and Tobago and Venezuela. In total, the company's fertilizer interests have the capability of producing about 7.5 million metric tons of nitrogen products annually.
